Do you keep all these items in stock?
Because we offer such a large selection of merchandise it is difficult for me to keep all items in stock at all times. However I do keep some items in stock in order to decrease shipping times.
What Types of payments do you accept?
We prefer to accept all payments through paypal as it is the fastest, safest, and most convenient for both parties. Through paypal I can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or E-check.
How long will I have to wait for delivery of my order?
We usually ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Depending on where the order is going you can expect the item to take another 7 - 10 business days to arrive after shipment.
Canadians please expect to wait 10- 15 business days for delivery of your item.
I don't have a paypal account.
You will receive instructions from paypal, explaining how to make your paypal payment, and set up an account. If you plan to use your credit card for payment then no paypal account is required.
How much do you charge for shipping?
At this time I am charging a basic shipping fee of $5.00. You will only be charged this fee once per order no matter how much you order. Should you be charged more than the $5.00 I will refund it to you.
Is my information safe with you?
Yes, we do not share your information with anyone else. We collect your information only for the purposes of payment and delivery of a product.
What is your return policy?
Should you find you are not satisfied with your purchase alert me with an e-mail. Colleensstockpile@yahoo.ca You have 14 days after receipt of your purchase to return your item for a full refund including the shipping back to me.
